Specializing in site selection, tenant advisory, and agency leasing, he leverages extensive market knowledge and real estate expertise to provide clients with clear, data-driven insights that drive successful outcomes.

Proven Industrial Real Estate Leadership
Alex has been working in real estate since the great financial crisis his experience, working across tenant representation, landlord representation, and investment sales. He has completed more than 6 million square feet of leasing work for clients including Travelers Insurance, Oppidan, Dalfen Industrial, Link Logistics, State Farm, LNR, Interstate Partners, United Properties among others.
He began his industrial real estate career with Industrial Equities, gaining experience in industrial development, construction management, property management, sales, and leasing. This broad background gives him a unique perspective on the full lifecycle of industrial real estate transaction and helps him guide clients through site selection, development, building sales and purchases.

- Alex is a devoted husband to his wife, Hayley, and a proud dad to their two young girls. When he’s not working, you’ll almost always find him outside—soaking up time on the lake, getting a round of golf in, heading out on a hunt, or chasing his kids around the playground. For Alex, the best days are the ones spent outdoors with his family.
