As a Co-Founder of Stack Industrial Partners, Chris is dedicated to delivering comprehensive real estate services to businesses across the Minneapolis–St. Paul market. He works closely with clients to lease, buy and sell warehouse, manufacturing, and other industrial properties, providing expert guidance throughout each transaction. Chris specializes in new business development, landlord and tenant representation, owner-occupier sales and acquisitions, and investment sales. With a broad focus on industrial real estate—including industrial outside storage (IOS) properties—he brings valuable market insight to every client relationship.
