Stack Industrial Partners recently represented Baer Manufacturing Inc., a division of Minnesota-based Hunt Electric Corp., in the lease of a 606,000-square-foot build-to-suit facility in Georgetown, Texas. The facility, which is located in the 224-acre CrossPoint industrial park developed by Jackson Shaw Co., is expected to employ as many as 250 people. Construction has begun and is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2027. The project is being developed by Jackson Shaw Company and general contracting responsibilities will be handled by Ryan Companies US Inc.
